Email Program for Lantern Press

My role: Principal Designer

When I started at the Lantern Press, there wasn’t a cohesive email system in place. I had to build one from the ground up to increase wholesale business revenue and promote selling tools for reps. I designed a core responsive template for all email communications, mapped out the customer journey for different types of notifications, built a cadence of content identifying key stories culled from the briefs, and developed a photographic system of product mockups customized to make beautiful visuals. The results were a consistently high open and click rate, low bounce rates, and significant cost and time savings for photography.
